(More customer reviews)I have uses Astragalus for the past 1.5 years. I have a history of severe sinus problems. I have had 2 sinus surgeries and was still getting 4-5 sinus infections a year. In the last year I have had just one cold...no sinus infections. I truly attribute that to a stronger immune system. My daughter is also using this and it has helped her as well. If you do get a cold, double up on the dose and the cold will not develop into a full blown cold and will usually only last a couple day. I have not had to be on any antibiotics in the past year. That is a first for me in at least 15 years.
