(More customer reviews)I have been using this product for a few years now and find the balance of B vitamins to be the closest to what the body actually needs. I used to buy the vitamins in the bottle, but that had to be refrigerated and since I am on the go a lot I chose the individual packets. I can take them anywhere and they need no refrigeration. They also do not get exposed to the air until the minute you consume them.
Although the price for a month's supply may seem a bit pricey, you certainly get you money's worth. Along with the "Calm +Calcium" product that they produce, I don't need much else in the way of nutrients to supplement my diet.
I would recommend these multivitamins for people with active lifestyles, who don't want to take more vitamins than their body could or should handle.
