(More customer reviews)I've been using New Chapter Organics Every Man vitamins for over a year (first in the 3-a-day form, then in the 2-a-day one) to compensate for my admittedly spotty diet.
As stated, this brand is organic and can be taken on an empty stomach since it can be digested in the same way as food, but I would recommend taking it with a meal since vitamins are generally more effective this way.
As a vitamin for men, it contains no iron (men usually get enough iron through a basic diet), and it contains selenium (an element that's linked with anti-aging and anti-cancer effects).
The recommended amount of selenium is about 55mcg, however, and a daily dose is about 100mcg, so I tend not to take the full amount each day.
These are my vitamins of choice and Amazon's price is exceptional!
