They slowly started to fade as I began taking the Cat's Claw, and within a week of taking it, they were mostly gone. I took 3 capsules every morning to make the bottle last longer. When I finished the bottle, I went a week without and definitely felt a difference. All the old aches and pains started coming back by the 3rd day. And I waiting impatiently for the mail by the time the week was through. Love, love, love the Cat's Claw!
