(More customer reviews)This is a wonderful all natural product that will "help take the edge off" for those with anxiety or depresion. It really works, too. Tryptophan, the main ingredient, was banned for many years because it "cut into" the business of pharmeceuticals. The drug company's ended up taking it to court and got it banned, then they could push their zoloft, paxil or prozac and have little competition from an ingredient that isn't harmful or addictive. I highly recommend this product, BUT do your own research on it, as I did.
