(More customer reviews)This is a really good product. I think it has helped me get of the dreaded prednisone. I started off just taking one. I then waited three days to see how I felt. After no bad side effects occurred, I increased it to one every other day. Now I take one a day before I go to bed. I had UC for the past 12 years. I don't know why I never heard of this before. The Ginger helps alleviate my feelings of nausea. Everyone with Ulcerative Colitis should try it; I really hope it works for you.
