(More customer reviews)I need to take at least 1500 mg of calcium each day, and it has been a struggle, as I'm lactose intolerant. The large 'horse' sized calcium pills that are usually available are horrible to swallow, and usually you need to take at least 2 if not 4 a day. That in addition to your regular vitamins. I've tried the chewable, chocolate or caramel ones, and they just are not very palatable to me. I also have a very sensitive stomach and other than Tums (which taste horrible, as I can't abide the chalky taste), I was out of luck until I tried these yummy calcium chewable gummy vitamins. These are absolutely delicious and have not given me any stomach upset at all. I highly recommend these as an exceptional alternative for calcium supplements.
