(More customer reviews)I ordered this as a mood booster after I quit smoking because I was so irritable. I only took them for about two weeks. They did the job extremely well and I loved them except that I was getting pretty bad headaches everyday. I quit taking them and the headaches went away. I switched to a multivitamin pack instead and it seems to work. A family member of mine loves this product, but it just didn't work for me.
