(More customer reviews)What a great item! Anyone out there suffering from hot flashes? Well, this item will knock em out! I tried two capsules when I first got the jar. They put me to sleep. Guess that would be great for insomniacs! So, a couple of days later, I just took one. Now, I take one, a couple of times a week, and don't suffer from hot flashes anymore! What a relief! Thank you!
