(More customer reviews)After learning that my triglyeride levels were high, but that my HDL and LDL were normal. My doctor asked how much fish I ate a week. Unfortuantly, we do not eat fish at our house. That's when he told me to start taking Fish Oil and Salmon Oil. HOWEVER, he stressed that I needed to do research on what brand, and the MAIN thing was to make for sure that the Fish and Salmon were PHARMACEUTICAL GRADE !!! He told me that maybe a little more expensive. But the processing technique make the OILS almost 99% pure. No mercury, etc.
Here are the two brands that I buy on line, due to price, NATURE'S BOUNTY PHARMACEUTICAL GRADE FISH OIL 1360mg, 950mg of OMEGA-3 and then NATURES BOUNTY COLD WATER SALMON OIL, 1000mg. These products lowered my triglyerides by 40%/
You MUST take the time to find Pharmacetical Grade in any on vitamins, fish oil, ect. Check your local pharmacies, some of them carry them at a higher price if you get low before a shipment arrives. If can google, "pharmaceutical grade+the item your looker for. Pharm.Grade also means the product follows the FDA regs on rate of dissolvement, etc. VERY IMPORTANT --- take from a registered pharmacist !!
