my baby wasnt up to solid yet so i had to leave him two full bottles every day. and i really wasnt able to pump out any milk so i heard about fenugreek and that it really works wonders. it says it takes 24- 48 (i think )hrs to see the difference, but i saw the difference already after i took 4 pills (2 times * 2 pills).
its an amazing product and in some cases could be a life saver!
