(More customer reviews)These pills are huge! They are so hard to swallow. I have not been successful at it yet. They taste awful too. In my attempts to swallow them they dissolve partially in my mouth and that did not help my gag reflex. I tried to chew and swallow only to throw it up and then I felt nauseous for the rest of the day! I'm sure it's very good for the body, that's why I bought them. They need to make their pills smaller so maybe you take two a day instead so you can get the same amount of nutrients and that way you can swallow it!
