I am a fairly holistic type of person and I take my supplements very seriously so I know the differences between that which is worthy and effective or not and I find this one to be pretty good. I can feel the positive effects of it and the increased energy etc. fairly quickly. I find it to be an balanced and ideal product that I feel comfortable recommending. Also, I had no issues with shipping at all.
