(More customer reviews)The ALIVE brand of Vitamin C was the only one I could find that was actually made from natural whole fruits and NOT artifically manufactured in a laboratory.
I was fighting "half of a cold and sinus problem" and within 24 hours of taking the first 1,000 mg. dose my husband looked at me and said, "you're feeling a lot better aren't you?".
I think that's about as good a recommendation as there is.
