(More customer reviews)Organic alfalfa leaf was recommended on a exercise program I am following but I couldn't afford their brand. The NOW brand is also organic, preforms very well and is affordable. I retain fluid particularly in the summer and this helps me control that. Even though it also stimulates my appetite, which I DO NOT need, I still recommend it.
