(More customer reviews)I originally purchased this because it said it help with arthritis. I noticed that my belly looked smaller and I got on my scale. In 14 days I lost 12 pounds and that was without changing anything with my diet. I tend to ignore weight loss claims since I have found that most don't do what they claim. In this instance- it works and it works really great. I don't know how long it will keep up, but I'm hoping it will continue to work for about another 40 lbs.!!
