my doc started me on B12 injection... and then B12 nasal spray (costs a fortune even after insurance), because B12 doesn't absorb well in intestine.
But i tried these sub-lingual (under the tongue) tabs... and the sub-lingual route worked magic. my B12 in latest blood report is 2000 (nearly double that of normal). doc was surprised... and asked me to reduce the dose. :)
i am now taking one tab every 2 days.
