If you drink energy drinks, consider: many contain glucuronolactone, which gives you quite a lift but often then crash/drop off. However, look at the ingredients of zero carb rockstar - it's B vitamins, taurine, caffeine, milk thistle, a couple others and this - yerba mate. But its only 25 mg of this. If you buy a multivitamin, taurine (which is avail as 1000mg capsule) & this, it's cheaper plus 600mg y.m. instead of 25mg.
