I've only been taking it a couple of weeks and cannot really say if it's working or not. But two things I have noticed- I no longer have reflux (seems magical) and it definitely promotes cleaning out of the GI tract (not like a laxative, more like if you ate a lot of fruit or vegetables in one day). Taking this supplement is more cost effective and convenient than trying to ingest the real thing, so I will happily take 2 tablets daily.
