(More customer reviews)I fortunately received the capsule form of Con-cret and not the powder like other customers have. I've been using Con-cret for little over a month now and have seen results. The product does what it says. I have less recovery time in between sets and more energy to lift heavier and longer which in turn will result in increased size and strength. The capsules may be a little large for some people but I'd rather have the no taste capsules than the bitter tasting powder. If anyone has questions or comments about the product feel free to post them!
