(More customer reviews)Been taking it for years (maybe 8?) and love it. Non-whole food source vitamins make my stomach upset - not these. Can take them on a full or an empty stomach and it is fine. Am rarely sick, have great energy and I attribute at least some of that to this product. When I travel, these always come with me.
