(More customer reviews)I've had major problems trying to sleep lately and either I am staying up until 1am and sleeping until noon, or I'm taking un-needed naps during the day. I took one of these about an hour before bed and slept peacefully through the night. I had about 8 hours of good sleep, woke up early and felt refreshed! I love that it's time released so I stay asleep throughout the night. Melatonin is supposed to be good for your body. I'm not sure if 10mg is too much but so far so good!
