(More customer reviews)I had my doubts when I tasted it for the first time... but it's really been easy to incorporate into my diet! I mix the oil into hummus (homemade or store bought) and eat it with broccoli and red pepper for lunch. I've mixed it into cottage cheese (in theory a great way to absorb the good fats) and while it adds a strong flavor it's fine by the second mouthful. I've used it over salads with some lemmon juice - not bad at all. My sister uses it like Olive Oil for dressings - anything cold as the good fats break down when you heat it up. I can see a difference in my skin, and hair and I just feel better with this in my diet. I am NOT a health nut! But this has been a painless addition to my life, and I feel great about it!
