I'm 44 yrs old with very good skin and a few fine wrinkles but I want to keep my skin in good condition with as few additives to my facial products as possible. This serum fills that need. I use it day or night for upkeep or when I feel my skin needs the extra boost. I use it two to three times a week and I wear a cream over it. To activate the product you need to put a little bit of water over your skin after you apply it to the face, that way it locks in the moisture. I usually wet my finger tips ever so slightly and rub in the water like a lotion. I originally bought this product at Whole Foods but of course, I looked on Amazon to see if they had it and of course they did AND it was $10 cheaper! I recommend this serum to anyone looking to keep their skin in tip top shape.
