I have always had a problem with swallowing big pills plus the pills made me feel terrible! I had completely given up and stopped taking prenatals alltogether and then I bought this. It is easy to use-one tbsp in the morning and one at night. It doesn't make you sick so you can take it without food. No pills, no stomach sickness-all the same great stuff you need to give your baby the proper nutrition. It tastes like a mix between orange juice and grapefruit juice so if you don't like that taste, you may not like this.
