I ordered the Magnesium Taurate 400 tablets dietary supplements. Unfortunately, the description FAILED to mention that silica was in the ingredients. Silica is sand and is a binder, like cement, that keeps pills looking pretty and has the side effect of preventing pills from breaking down in the digestive tract and hence proper assimilation of the desired nutrients.
Had there been full disclosure of ALL ingredients -- not just magnesium -- on this webpage I would have thought twice about ordering the product.
