I was a little lost in my vitamin research and I was glad to have her help me narrow down my choices.
I've bought Potassium and Calcium Citrate from Bluebonnet as well (all local purchases).
Bluebonnet is not shy about providing horsepill sizes in order to give you an appropriately large dose, and the bottles are handsomely designed (is it strange that it should matter to me?) and surprisingly informative compared to some brands. I was very pleased to find that Bluebonnet always blended together ingredients known to help each other's absorbency.
The B-Complex and I believe all their vitamins are 100% kosher, vegetarian, and gluten-free, etc.
The only downside is that this B-Complex formula (perhaps all B-Complex formulas?) has a strong fragrance that will saturate your person, so be aware.
The immediate effectiveness of the vitamin is hard to measure objectively, so I won't try, but I will recommend the Bluebonnet brand. :-)
