It's been a few months and I do feel that this is helping both as I've not had much pain and zero allergies recently. The product has an excellent combination of Turmeric extract (750 mg) and Ginger extract (100 mg)- The combination of these two herbs helps absorption into the body. The product also contains Boswella extract /Frankincense (500mg), Bromelain (75 mg), Devils Claw (50 mg) Quercetin (50mg), and Yucca plant (30 mg) I've taken these on an empty stomach and had no ill side effects. Generally I take them with my meals throughout the day. They are Gelatin caps filled with the powdered herb combo. I will definitely continue taking these for the long run! =)
