(More customer reviews)I drink this before and after working out. When I had dental surgery recently I wasn't able to chew anything for 24 hours - this came in real handy!
To change things up a bit sometimes I add a bit of ginger powder (for it's anti-inflammatory properties), agave (for additional sweetness) or diluted apple juice.
FYI: Put water or juice in the glass first then add a scoop of powder. If you put the powder in before the liquid you'll have pockets of unmixed clumps.
