(More customer reviews)I started rock climbing a couple months ago and, in the process of moving up to a higher level, started losing some of the skin on my fingers while trying to climb. Also, I have quite a tendency to bang my knees against the wall, resulting in some pretty significant bruises. I picked this cream up from my local health food store and tried it out - it works really, really well at closing up any scrapes, cuts, or other skin wounds (even though it says not to apply to broken skin). It is additionally very useful at alleviating muscle and joint pain and my bruises disappeared nearly twice as fast as normal when using this. I pulled a muscle in my thigh a few days ago while climbing, applied this only once a day for two days and it felt great! No more pain. I really recommend this stuff!
