(More customer reviews)I just had my Vit D level tested and it came back extremely low. This brand was recommended to me by a physician to raise my Vit D level. Each drop contains 1000 IU in a hypoallergenic MCT oil base that is easy to absorb. A dropper-full can be used to easily get a dose of 25,000-30,000 units. That high of a dose is not recommended long-term, but if you need a high dose Vit D supplement, this is the best OTC one available.
