(More customer reviews)My 4-year-old son goes to sleep easy, but wakes up many times and by 5 or 5:30 is so antsy I have to get up, too. Then he's cranky and obviously tired. After talking to my doctor, we started giving him one of these tablets every night. He loves the flavor, and now he regularly sleeps until 7 in the morning! We're all happier.
I also give the same amount to my 9-year-old daughter (who also loves the flavor). She has always had trouble getting to sleep and often has nightmares. This has helped enourmously in helping her get to sleep, and get a deeper sleep so she's not getting the nightmares like she used to.
