I do not think you can find a more comprehensive enzyme supplement. The fact that it is a chewable wafer makes it that much easier and more pleasant to take.
Cons: not cheap.
For small meals or just by itself we also like Now Foods Chewable Papaya Enzymes. This is cheaper and rather tasty, sort of like an after dinner mint. This is a good formula, with more than just papaya, although not nearly as comprehensive as the Roex product. Each tablet is small and probably less than 1/4 the size.
