(More customer reviews)My doctor recommended this product to help my muscles relax at night for sleep and to help boost my immune symtem. It is all natural so the bottle says. I am very sensitive to all medications, and end up needing only half a dose of every thing. So, I take one capsule every other night, and I am resting better. I think he said the the reacted was better obsorbed than the other magnesiums.
