I had been having knee problems for years and have had them both scoped, but it has come down to this, I am very active and want to continue to be active! I have tried MANY MANY brands of Glucosimine chronroitin formulas without much satisfaction, my orthopidic sugeon recomended the synvisc shot I was allergic and had a terrible reaction. I came across this Nature's Bounty Flex-a-min Complete by accident, I was at the store and they had a buy one and get the second one free. I was hesitant but I got 240 tablets for 24.99 so I tried it and it was amazing one month and I could feel a difference! it is not pain free nor does it feel all better but it has certainly helped me feel better, and I have been able to exercise a little easier. And I'm here to tell you I tried the others (triple strengh, and max strength) but there is a difference in the Complete Extra Strength, something in the ingredients
