I had never considered using hemp as a protein source, but decided to give it a try. I have always used whey protein and must say that this formula is noticeably different. Not only does it keep my blood sugar levels stable to keep the cravings at bay, but it keeps me full longer (definitely a meal replacement) and I am much more regular. Also, it is easy to mix with plain water and the taste is really pleasant.
