(More customer reviews)I started taking this as a means to improve the absorption of other nutrients into the cells to fight my cancer. Surprisingly, within days, the intense inflamation in my shoulders that I had not been able to rid myself of for 4 years (even with years of physical therapy) all but totally disappeared! I started doing more research and found out it is also an anti-inflamatory!
From disuse, the muscles of my arms are still very weak, so I must be careful not to over do it now that I don't have the intense joint pain. But if I do overdo it, I just take an extra dose of this MSM, and the pain goes away. What an awesome product!
