(More customer reviews)these pills really help me sleep. I am not an insomniac but sometimes i get jittery at night and i usually fall asleep immediately after taking one.
they help during the day too, especially if you drank too much coffee. i think dissolving them under the tongue is an important part. if one doesnt work though, taking more doesn't help.
